Provisions of POA (Power of Attorney) and Contracts to Provide Legal Services

In this course, we will discuss the provisions of the power of attorney and contracts to provide legal services, as well as the rules of managing law firms. We will study the definition, rules, proofs of legality, elements, validity conditions, kinds and reasons for expiration of the power of attorney. Further, we will address the nature of law services contracts, rights and duties of lawyers and legal services provided thereby. Finally, we will address the mechanism and rules law firm management and case management.
