In this course, we will explain the Saudi Bar Association Code issued in 1436 by discussing the historical development of the legal profession in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia since 1346 AH, until the establishment of the Saudi Bar Association in 1436 AH. Moreover, we will also address the general features of the Saudi Bar Association as a professional body by identifying its identity, the objectives it seeks to achieve and the powers it enjoys in order to achieve these goals and the provisions of its membership, the formation and competencies of the Saudi Bar Association. We will also address the Board of Directors of the Association, its General Assembly and its General Secretariat, and we also deal with the provisions related to the financial and social affairs of the Association.
