In this course, we will explain the provisions of the KSA General Criminal Code, by studying the philosophy and approach of the Saudi regulator in terms of criminalization and punishment and explaining the general theory of crime and penalty. We will also identify the two main elements of crime: the material and moral elements, as well as the components of each element. In addition, this course addresses the provisions, elements, conditions and impediments of criminal responsibility under the Saudi law. Finally, this course provides a set of judgments issued by criminal courts in the Kingdom.
