In this course, we will address the study and explanation of the arbitration law in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia issued by Royal Decree No. M/34 dated 24/5/1433 AH and the Implementing Regulations issued on 26/8/1438 AH, by defining the arbitration agreement, its terms and effects, and the reasons for its termination. This course also introduces the arbitral tribunal in terms of its composition, the conditions of appointing the arbitrator, the statement of the authority of the arbitral tribunal, the statement of the reasons for the recusal of the arbitrator and preventing the same from undertaking the arbitration assignment, and the reasons for his dismissal. This course discusses the procedures of the arbitration case, the procedures related to the administration of the arbitration case, the mechanism of the issuance of the arbitration award and how to enforce it. Finally, we present a set of practical judicial examples for some cases related to the Saudi arbitration cases.
