In this course, we will study the methods or means of evidence contained in the new law of evidence issued in the Kingdom by Royal Decree No. M/43 dated 26/5/1443, and the rules related to each method. At the beginning of the course, we present a general introduction to evidence in the Sharia and law, and an overview of the new law of evidence and the provisions contained therein. Then, we address the detailed provisions of evidence by admission and cross-examination, evidence through writing and digital evidence, then evidence through testimony and presumptions, the authority of res judicata and custom, and finally evidence by oath, inspection and experience.
