In this course, we will explain the provisions of the Companies Law in the Kingdom and will also study the general theory of the company, defining the companies, indicating their types and forms in the Saudi law. Then, we will discuss how to execute the company's the articles of incorporation, the objective and formal aspects thereof, the provisions and cases of invalidity of the company. We will also address the company's legal personality and the concept of this personality and how it begins and when it ends, as well as the consequences of the company's acquisition of the legal personality and the effects. We will study the Partnerships in details (i.e. Unlimited Liability Companies, Limited Partnerships, and Unincorporated Partnerships) and the Stock Companies (the Joint-Stock Companies, the Limited Liability Companies, and One-person Company). Finally, we will introduce a range of practical judicial examples related to corporate cases in the Kingdom.
