In this course, we address the judicial decisions and principles issued by the General Panel of the KSA Supreme Court in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from 1434 to 1441. Further, we will discuss the nature, composition and competencies of the Supreme Court, the composition and competencies of the General Panel of the Supreme Court, and what is meant by judicial principles and their legal support. We also explain the principles of the Supreme Court related to the criminal cases, and then we address principles of the Supreme Court in several separate matters.
