In this course, we explain the provisions of civil liability in the Islamic Sharia (Liability) in terms of the nature of the liability, its evidence, elements, effects and the jurisprudence that governs it, and the statement of the provisions of tortious liability represented in personal acts liability, liability for the actions of third parties and liability arising from things. We also clarify the provisions of contractual liability and its elements of mistake, damage, causal connection and compensation cases arising out of the contractual liability. Finally, we present some practical judicial examples related to the provisions of civil liability of the Saudi judiciary.
